Dr. Fano's Philosophy: "I am dedicated to boost my patient’s confidence by creating for them beautiful and healthy smiles. I like to think of my patients as an extension of my family and my goal is to deliver dental care in a comfortable and educated manner."
Meet Dr. Phan:
Queanh Phan, D.M.D.
I was born in South Vietnam, and raised in Florida. I love going to the gym, staying healthy and cooking delicious food. I am married to the most amazing man, Dan, who is my best friend, cheerleader, and better half. My other two best friends are my mom and dad, who we spend 99% of our weekend with. I am so blessed to have the most incredible staff and support from our patients. Truly, we love our team and patients like family.

Alexis Diaczynsky, D.D.S.
I am a Florida born, Gator girl at heart, turned Tar Heel. I love craft beer, vineyards, the mountains, and the beach. You can find me in the gym or Orangetheory in the mornings, and on the golf course during the weekends. I am fortunate to be surrounded by my amazing family, a great group of friends, and amazing co-workers!
