 As a courtesy we will gladly process your dental claims.  However, due to many changes in insurance policies, we can not be responsible for interpreting each individual policy.  It is your responsibility to know your individual coverage and its limitation. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment.  We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment.  It is your responsibility for any co- payment, co- insurance, deductible, any balance not paid by your insurance company.  Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company.  We are currently in network with Cigna, Florida Combine Life and Metlife.
